Ever wonder what a Skrillex drop would sound like slowed down 800%?
In case for some reason you are unfamiliar with the the original song - it's absolutely ridiculous, but it's great - in the same way action movies are great. I actually feel like Skrillex is the musical equivalent of mainstream action flicks - in a way he's kind of the Michael Bay of dubstep. There's a reason it exists. So the slowed down version is basically like if every shot in that action movie was in slo-mo.
A track off Andy Stott's new record, "Violence" brought this idea of slowing down Skrillex to mind - since to me elements of this track sounded kind of like a slowed down dubstep drop...and there are actually times that Skrillex track slowed down that actually sound like an Andy Stott track...
